ICC is worldwide, non-governmental cultural exchange organization that promotes
mutual understanding among comic artists all over the world through friendship and good will.

an ideal opportunity to compare comics from a
wide range of genres, from diverse countries,
languages, and cultures, and with a variety of characters
overflowing with personality. At the same time,
